We ask that clients schedule appointments in advance rather than walk-in whenever possible, as this helps us reduce wait times and keep scheduled visitors from being delayed. We understand illnesses and urgent cases come up and want to be sure we are there for you in your time of need. Obviously, if you experience an emergency situation, you should bring your pet in immediately with or without an appointment. Please call us ahead of time if you are able, so we can ensure we are prepared and ready to help you and your pet.
If it’s more convenient for you, you’re welcome to drop off your pet for their appointment and pick them up once the appointment is complete.
We ask that all pets remain either leashed or kept in a carrier while in the waiting room. While your pet may be perfectly behaved, other pets and/or owners may have anxiety around other animals. We wish to create a comfortable and safe atmosphere for all human and animal visitors to our office, so please be courteous and abide by this policy.
We require full payment for services at the time they’re rendered, including payments for treatments, examinations, prescription medication or food, and any other purchases made at our office. We accept Visa, Mastercard, Discover, American Express, cash, personal checks, and CareCredit®.
If you’d like, we can set up a process for having your pet’s prescriptions shipped directly to your home through our convenient online store. You can also order prescriptions and pick them up at our location in-person. We ask you to please give us 24 hours advanced notice for refills.
Some pets require special food to improve their dietary balance or meet specific dietary needs. If you are in need of a prescription diet for your pet, you may order directly through our hospital, or visit our online store to have it shipped directly to your home.
